A new gin, just launched by Val Di Terra

We are proud to announce the launch of our new gin, Fantasy. Fantasy is the third gin in our growing collection of hand-crafted fine gins, which we have named in celebration of popular literary genres.

Micro-distilled gin

Our gins are made by award winning master distiller, Riana MacDougall, who was crowned Woman Distiller of the year in South Africa in 2020. Based in the northern suburbs of Gauteng, the Noble Experiment distillery is an all-women run facility where a range of spirits are micro-distilled in small batches to ensure the highest standards of quality and purity.

What can you expect when you taste our new Fantasy?

With hues of rose & elderberry, this delicate gin is a fusion of flavours layered with floral, jammy sweetness. Pair it with tonic, lemonade or soda to enhance its playful character or take it to the next level and serve with your choice of berries for a flirty & mysterious taste sensation.

If you are a lover of gin, you will want to try all three of our gins. At the Tasting Room in Morehill Market, Benoni we offer weekly tastings on Saturdays. Memoir

The infusion of African Baobab, Rhubarb and Hibiscus botanicals creates a soft and smooth gin with a distinctively rich juniper and citrus flavour. A truly African inspired gin best served with a Hibiscus flavoured tonic and garnished with Fig, Orange and Spekboom.

Classic

With hints of Rosemary and Thyme, this gin adds interesting herbaceous aromas to a gin handcrafted in the classic dry gin style. To enhance these notes, serve with a mixer of your choice and add fresh Rosemary, Thyme and Orange. A versatile, premium quality gin for all occasions.
